Welcome to Glais Primary School.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our school website. Through our website we aim to offer information to make it easier to support your child’s education.

As a school we set extremely high levels of expectation in terms of attitude to work and each other. We encourage our pupils to take part in a variety of extra- curricular activities and sincerely hope that they enjoy their school days at Glais Primary School and feel they were worthwhile.

Our school is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our children, please let us know if you notice anything around the school which you think we can improve on.

During recent years our attendance has been a focus, which has been of real benefit to the children, please help us to continue to improve by ensuring your child/children are in school.

Our learning is based on the belief that every child is entitled to the highest standards of educational experience possible and our curriculum is supported by the use of: TASC, Assessment for Learning, Daily Do’s, Outside learning and Community. Please ask about these if you would like to know more.
